'TUB' / Lucien Perry

Lucien Perry is a 19-year-old film student. Fascinated by early surrealist directors such as Luis Buñuel, his work often grapples with the blurred line that draws apart our waking and dream states. Perry’s work combines discordant music, intellectual montage, and dark hues to communicate the overarching theme of trauma. 

Below is a preview of his short film 'TUB'. In an attempt to clear his head, a rejuvenating bath takes an unpredictable turn for Hugo (Lucas Pittaway, 'Snowtown'), forcing him to come to terms with his reality.
